So, after a long wait of 3 months, my delivery finally arrived. But guess what? It’s not even the item I ordered, and it sure doesn’t look new or come with the correct charger. It seems like it’s a return because it doesn’t function at all. I’m absolutely disgusted.

My item hasn't shown up yet, and I haven't heard a peep about when it might get here.

Fantastic website. Simple to place an order. Ideal watch for a 9-year-old to get into fitness tracking. No tricky apps involved. It looks super cool. The screen is easy to read. Requires minimal charging.

I haven't gotten any updates about when my order's gonna arrive. The tracking only says I'll get an email once it's set to ship. A little info with an estimated arrival time would really help!

I waited a whole two weeks without any updates on my order. When I finally reached out, I discovered the watch was unavailable. I'm still in limbo waiting for it and feel let down that I had to follow up myself to get any info instead of the company keeping me in the loop.

I purchased a children's watch on July 24, 2022. It wouldn't function right or connect with the app. The quality is really lacking and it's a letdown for my 8-year-old. I got approval for a refund and returned the watch. They received it on August 17. STILL NO REFUND after countless emails, and most of the time, they don't even reply.

I bought a watch for my granddaughter's birthday, but it turned out to be defective. I was really impressed by how fast they responded. They’re sending a replacement at no extra charge. I'm looking forward to its arrival, and I gotta say, I’m really pleased with how quickly everything was handled without any fuss. Thanks a bunch!

I've been really satisfied with the top-notch customer support I received on my initial order. There was a minor hiccup, but it got sorted out quickly, and I was given a different option for my order. The communication was fantastic and super helpful. I got this for my grandson's ninth birthday about a month back. It was a bit tricky to connect to the phone, but I managed to sort it out through the Fourfit website. However, after just a few days, the battery started to struggle, not lasting more than a couple of hours. He leaves for school with it fully charged, and by the time he returns home, it's completely dead. Super disappointing. I think I’ll check out another brand.

I bought a watch for my son's birthday, but it turned out to be pretty low quality and not packaged well at all. I asked for a refund, and they agreed. I sent the watch back, and they got it on August 12. Yet, I'm still waiting for my money back.

Fingers crossed the watch is an upgrade from the site! I placed my order through fitness trackers, and it cost me £10 extra compared to FourFit direct. So, I sent it back and went with FourFit to save some cash - but guess what? Payment was still processed by... Fitness Trackers! The website is a total mess; I had a hard time distinguishing between three different watches, and the descriptions don’t always match the specs at the top. I’m totally lost on which watch is the latest model, especially since the newest one is priced lower than the older version. Arghhhh, it’s so confusing!

Delivery was smooth and all that from the company, but the Fourfit kid's fitness tracker watch really let me down. The calorie tracking is consistently off, showing only a few hundred calories daily for an active 9-year-old. The app, which I hear is from a different company, is pretty hit or miss and not user-friendly at all. The main issue, though, is the battery life - a full charge hardly makes it through a day. You can't even track sleep unless you take it off and charge it before bedtime, and then it needs another charge in the morning to be ready for the day. I picked this up for my son after seeing it ranked high on a '10 best' list, but I can only guess the competition must've been really weak. I can't recommend this product at all.

I wish I could leave a worse review. Not one person has responded to the many emails I've sent about my refund of more than £200!

I won't be shopping here again and I suggest others reconsider. It's just unbelievable!!!!!! The products are also of low quality and feel flimsy.

This is honestly the most disappointing watch I've ever had. The battery life is just awful, and it frequently fails to charge as it should. Setting the time requires the app, which is packed with ads. Switching between screens is a hassle, as you have to scroll through what feels like eight different ones. Plus, half the time, the screen won't even wake up when you shake it, so you end up needing your other hand to hit the button just to check the time.

This gadget is just a toy. The heart rate monitor is way off (I checked it against a Fitbit Blaze and an Omron finger oximeter) and the band is super small. Don't waste your cash. If you're after a device that does these things, check out other brands.
